This Deye 20kW Hybrid Inverter is a low voltage 3 Phase inverter which must be paired with a low voltage battery .
Deye is renowned for its reliable and safe products, ensuring continued productivity in the commercial sector with the use of Solar Power and battery backup (sold separately).
The Deye 20kW Hybrid Inverter is user-friendly and equipped with an intelligent monitoring platform, allowing you to shut down immediately in the event of an accident remotely. The Smart Monitoring Platform allows users to quickly and remotely set parameters and perform firmware updates.
The versatility of this inverter is amazing, you can:
- Use it like a Grid-Tied, with panels only
- Use it as a Load Shedding Solution, with batteries only
- Use it in an Off-Grid situation, not connected to the grid
- Use it in an On-Grid situation, connected to the grid
- Use it as a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply)
- Use it for Commercial purposes due to it’s Robust build
- 10-Year warranty is paired with Deye batteries
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging unopened.
Several goods are exempt from being returned.
- Solar Cables
- Cut Cables
- Lead Acid Batteries
- Items on sale or clearance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and or the items serial number/s.
Returns need to be returned to the store or branch where purchased.
If the above conditions are not met SIWSA (PTY) reserves the right to reject any claims.
Returns will be credited at the prevailing price at the time or at the invoice price. Which ever is lower.
PLEASE NOTE: All return costs including delivery costs are for the account of the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received (at your cost) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account via EFT, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@siwsa.co.za
Sale items or Items marked for clearance are not illegible for returns.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have been supplied defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please notify us via email at sales@siwsa.co.za.
Return Shipping.
To return your product, you should return your product to: 169 Herman Street, Meadowdale, Johannesburg, 1614. Or the branch where the item was purchased.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
